Important Subscription Information
We are changing the way we manage and process our subscriptions making it
faster and easier for both you and us
5 reasons for subscribing online:
Important
If you would like to view your subscription plan and payment schedule you must have a BRFOnline account. If you do not have a BRFOnline account your subscription will still be valid but you will be unable to access your plan and payment schedule. Please follow the appropriate steps below.
If you don’t want to create a BRFOnline account now you will still be able to do this in the future. By using the same e-mail address to create the account you will be able to view previous and current purchases and manage your current subscriptions.
If you have a BRFOnline account and want to update your payment details follow the steps below:
- Log in to your BRFOnline account
- Click on 'your subscriptions'
- Click on the relevant subscription
- Update payment details
- Click save and this completes the process

If you order more than one series of Bible reading notes, repeat the above process before going to the checkout.
What happens when my next renewal is due?
You will receive an email notifying you that your subscription is due to renew. All you need to do is:
- Nothing. If you are happy to continue with your subscription, it will auto-renew and your payment will appear on your credit card or bank statement.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, follow the cancellation link at the bottom of this email.
- If you wish to change the product within your subscription, please contact enquiries@brf.org.uk
- If your credit or debit card payment fails, an email will be sent to enable you to update your payment details
