Tony Horsfall is an elder in Ackworth Community Church, and a freelance trailing consultant who specialises in leading retreats and Quiet Days, both here and overseas.
He is the author of Rhythms of Grace (Kingsway). He has written Song of the Shepherd, A Fruitful Life, Mentoring for Spiritual Growth and Working from a Place of Rest for BRF and writes regularly for New Daylight.
Ann Persson, with her husband Paul, used their former home at Highmoor Hall as a place of retreat and creativity. Ann enjoys combining her love of nature and her love of God's word in the Quiet Days that she leads. She has written The Circle of Love for BRF.
David Winter is one of the UK's most popular and long-established Christian writers and broadcasters, whose books with BRF include Pilgrim's Way, Journey to Jerusalem and Facing the Darkness and Finding the Light. He was one of the consulting editors for the BRF's The People's Bible Commentary series and is a regular member of the New Daylight contributor team.
Adrian Plass is an internationally acclaimed writer and speaker. He has written many books, including When You Walk and Blind Spots in the Bible for BRF, and contributes to New Daylight Bible reading notes.
Bridget Plass is a popular author and speaker, who has also written several books for BRF, including Challenges of the Narrow Way (2004), as well as contributing to Day by Day with God Bible reading notes.
Sarah Wallington-Smith retired from nursing in 2007. She is now studying for a theology degree through distance learning and is developing contemplative prayer ministry.
Michael Mitton has written a number of books and is a freelance writer, speaker, spiritual director and trainer. He has written A Handful of Light, A Heart to Listen and Restoring the Woven Cord for BRF.
Andrew Jones is rector of three rural parishes on the Llyn Peninsula and also Archdeacon of Meirionnydd. he regularly leads pilgrimages and publishes books and articles in this area of ministry. His first book for BRF, Pilgrimage, is published in 2011.
Helen Julian CSF is an Anglican Franciscan sister, a member of the Community of St Francis, and presently serving as Minister Provincial for her community. She has also written many books, including The Road to Emmaus for BRF.
Alison MacTier is Director of the Retreat Association, an ecumenical charity which aims to help people find ways of exploring and deepening their journey with God through spirituality and prayer. Alison is a trained spiritual director and experienced Quiet Day leader.
Pamela Evans has written Driven Beyond the Call of God (1999), Building the Body (2002) and Shaping the Heart (2011) for BRF. A retired doctor with experience in counselling and spiritual direction, she enjoys seeing men and women become more fully the people God created them to be.

Catherine Butcher edits Day by Day with God for BRF. She has written more than a dozen books including What you always wanted to know about heaven - but were afraid to ask (CWR, 2007). She has an MA in Christian Spirituality.

Naomi Starkey has worked at BRF as a commissioning editor since 1997. She writes regularly for New Daylight Bible reading notes, which she also edits, and has published two books with BRF: Good Enough Mother (2009) and Pilgrims to the Manger, the 2010 Advent book. Her next book - The Recovery of Love - is due out this November.
John Twisleton is Rector of St Giles, Horsted Keynes in Chichester Diocese, where he also led the diocesan mission and renewal team for eight years. He has also worked as an Area Missioner in London Diocese and as Principal of an ordination training centre in Guyana. He is the author of Meet Jesus (BRF, 2011), has previously written on issues including baptism, confession, priesthood, prayer and healing, and broadcasts regularly on Premier Christian Radio.
